Newland Allotments holds various workshops throughout the year. The workshops usually start from March and run towards the end of the summer. We have other events throughout the year which are not workshops please take a look at our events page. We have workshops on the allotment site to enable those who might not have the knowledge but wish to gain or experience it first hand. A workshop is a single educational program designed to teach or introduce to participants practical skills, techniques, or ideas which they can then use in their work or their daily lives in this case its all about the allotment. The workshops we host require you to have a NATA (Newland Allotments Tenants Association) Membership. You can register for one of these memberships at the community shop. The hosted workshops are run by very experienced personnel or external professionals who visit the site, which is funded by your NATA Membership.
